Who is able to fit their foot into this shoe opening???

As with the previous commenter, the opening in the shoe is WAY too small to get a foot in! I tried two shoe horns (one on the top of my foot and one at the heel) and even with that and a lot of pain, I still could not get my foot even part way into this shoe! Do the shoe designers try on the product after it is manufactured? What a waste of delivery fees!!!

Could get the shoe on

The ribbon across the foot does not allow the shoe to open enough to get the shoe on. I do have a high instep but I am sure that if I could have loosened the 'laces' it would have been great. As it is I now have to pay for returning them. This 'feature' should be part of the descfription
