Cracking mid-foot

Started cracking mid-foot in just over 2 months. Dealing with Rockport on the warrantee was painful but Amazon was great in allowing a return even after the return window (they were bought from the Rockport store on Amazon).

Still dealing this return - 4 months later

I had these for 2 weeks, worn them 5 times and the are starting to fall apart. no option for refund, a different pair was sent, very oversized for the size, sent them back, Rockport told be I cannot get a refund. Spent a bunch of money and time and have no shows to wear.
