Arrived covered with mold

I have been a long time customer of Rockport shoes and was left in disbelief when my new Darwyn slides arrived. There was a coating of white strands of mold on the leather uppers of each slide. Unfortunately I did not take any pictures before cleaning the mold with a mild vinegar solution. When I advised Rockport CS, I was told that there was nothing they would offer in compensation. Very disappointed in the level of customer service that was formerly top notch.

Too tight for high instep

It's made very well but the elastic part at the top of the sandal is to tight for comfort. I wish I had purchased the wide one. If your foot has low instep these will be very comfortable in M otherwise get the W if you have a high instep.
