The shoes were fine but the ankle strap dug into my ankle so I had to do a return. The package did not come with a return shipping label so Rockport's customer service told me to ship the shoes back regular mail with Canada Post and they would reimburse me. They provided the Canadian shipping address for returns but a week or so later the shoes were shipped back because the address was incorrect and I was charged return postage. I contacted customer service again, and they gave me the correct shipping address and told me they would reimburse all three shipping charges. It was inconvenient, but I went back to Canada Post and shipped them again. Two months and about four follow-up emails to customer service and I still haven't been reimbursed for the third shipping charge. Each time I email them, they say someone will follow up within 3 - 5 days and then... nothing. I have provided the receipts for all three shipping charges and I was told they would reimburse, so I don't understand what the issue is. I will never shop at Rockport again.
