RETURNS

 At Rockport Canada, we want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are unhappy with the goods in any way, please complete the Returns Form below to receive a return shipping label & further return shipping instructions.  If you have any questions or require further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team at cs@rockport.ca or call 1-888-673-4840. Purchase price will be honoured for all refunds with a receipt on unworn product in the original packaging within 30 days. We're sorry, but we do not credit shipping costs and applicable taxes for returned orders.

You may return goods and receive a refund provided:
1. They are received back at our Returns Department within 30 days.
2. They have not been damaged, washed, altered, or excessively worn and must include the original packaging, labeling, and Returns Form
For your convenience, you may use our prepaid Canada Post return shipping. Place this label on the outside of the box and drop if off at any Canada Post location. Please record the tracking number from the label for your records. 

To receive your prepaid return label and further return shipping instructions, please complete the return request form on our Returns Portal

Should you misplace your pre-paid Canada Post return label, please call our Customer Service Team at 1-888-673-4840 or cs@rockport.ca for assistance.  We'll do everything we can to process your return quickly. Returns with complete documentation receive priority. We only accept returns from Rockport.ca.  

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we are not able to offer product exchanges in our system at this time.  You may however follow the returns procedure above to return the item and then place a new order (for the replacement).

GIFT CARDS

If a gift card was the only method of payment used on your original order, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-888-673-4840 or cs@rockport.ca with any questions. If your original order involved use of a credit/debit card to cover part of the order value, we will apply the refund to that credit/debit card account.
