Loved the shoes but the soles came unattached

These shoes are so nice!! I love the lace up and the look - casual dressy comfort! I removed the insoles and could use with my arch support/orthotics. Unfortunately - these indoor office shoes have the sole coming off!! Im hoping to take them to a shoemaker who has some crazy strong glue and a clamp. It is disappointing as I love the look and paid a lot. It is hard to find my size which is one of the reason for buying Rockport shoes!! :(
