Disappointed

Our family has been enjoying Rockport shoes for the last 20 years. We bought 2 pairs this week and I must say we are disappointed. The insole are different and hard. I have relied on these shoes- for my back pain . I must say I am so disappointed. They are not comfortable as they used to be. Please keep the original quality, I am willing to be a little bit more

Quality went down

I have been wearing Rockport dress shoes for last 18 years but sadly the quality went down big time recently. I tried 4 models but sadly none of them was as comfortable as it used to be. Returned.

Insole different from the picture

My family enjoyed Rockport shoes so far. I ordered two pairs this week. When I received the pairs, I found the signature insole of the dress shoes were replaced with plain black insole. I wonder it's a mistake or not. It's not flexible as before and leather upper also look different. I need some information before I decide to return or not. Thanks.
