I have been a long time customer of Rockport shoes and was left in disbelief when my new Darwyn slides arrived. There was a coating of white strands of mold on the leather uppers of each slide. Unfortunately I did not take any pictures before cleaning the mold with a mild vinegar solution. When I advised Rockport CS, I was told that there was nothing they would offer in compensation. Very disappointed in the level of customer service that was formerly top notch.
