COVID-19 Update for our customers

The health and well-being of our team, customers and communities is our top priority, and remains at the forefront as we make decisions in this rapidly-evolving situation. In response to the current COVID-19 situation, ROCKPORT Canada has shifted our administration and Customer Service teams to work remotely.  We are doing our best to reply to all enquiries, and the best way to reach our Customer Service team is via email to cs@rockport.ca. 

Our commitment to our customers is top of mind and as such our warehouse is currently remaining open.  We are working diligently to fulfill all orders and are shipping orders the same day or next day.  Please know that we are taking precautions such as enhanced cleaning of our facilities, encouraging strong hygiene practices among our team members and practicing social distancing wherever possible. 

We are also committed to our community and to help do our part, we are proud to have donated a portion of sales on Rockport.ca, totalling over $18,000, to CanadaHelps.org’s COVID-19 Pandemic Response.  It is a wonderful organization that is working to support initiatives such as our hospitals and frontline healthcare workers, food banks, provide support to seniors, children in need, those experiencing homelessness, and many others in our communities.  In addition to this, Rockport Canada has also donated over 3000 pairs of socks to those in need.
