COVID-19 Update for our customers

The health and well-being of our team, customers and communities is our top priority, and remains at the forefront as we make decisions in this rapidly-evolving situation. In response to the current COVID-19 situation, ROCKPORT Canada has shifted our administration and Customer Service teams to work remotely.  We are doing our best to reply to all enquiries, and the best way to reach our Customer Service team is via email to 

Our commitment to our customers is top of mind and as such our warehouse is currently remaining open.  We are working diligently to fulfill all orders and are shipping orders the same day or next day.  Please know that we are taking precautions such as enhanced cleaning of our stores, encouraging strong hygiene practices among our team members and practising social distancing wherever possible.
