Very disappointed

My husband has been wearing only Rockport shoes for 30 years.
This time he ordered his normal size and couldn’t even get a foot in them. They are at least a full size smaller than usual - maybe more.
Worst though, unlike any online retailer we’ve ever used, for no logical reason the return policy does not return the taxes which means he has lost $20. It’s the the amount as much as the principle,
Rockport has permanently lost a loyal customer.
