My favourite shoe!

This is my favourite shoe! I wear them all year for work and just purchased my third pair to wear in the fall. I also have a pair in silver! So comfy and nicely flat but a little heel to make them feel dressy. I can wear them all day long and my feet don't hurt as they have great padding inside. Love them! Don't stop making them Rockport! (I have the leather not the suede)

Not a quality shoe

I have an old pair of Rockport flats that are very supportive, cushioned, and comfortable to walk in for longer periods. I was hoping that Rockport still sold great flats. Unfortunately these are nothing like my old pair. They’re flimsy and unsupportive, I would not be comfortable walking in these. I’m returning them.

The customer support was helpful and prompt, there is a $4.95 restocking fee.
