They are very comfortable and right size. What I don't like is how loose the ankle feels even with the buckle adjustment. The elastic for the buckle is too stretched out. I had to add 2 more holes and it is almost snug enough. Otherwise a beautiful boot.

I am normally an 8.5 in Cobb Hill/Rockport boots and ordered my regular size; however, it was very narrow and very tight compared to other styles from these brands.

Why don't any of the product descriptions on your site include details about the exterior and interior materials? Many boots look like leather but are they? And what about the insoles? The UI experience of your site is really missing the mark, IMO.

This three score reflects the boot and my foot, not the boot itself. I wear the original Bethany boots and they fit me well, and hoped these would be narrower than most Chelsea boots. The heels are far too wide for me and the top of the boot doesn't grip the top of my instep to hold my foot in place. Lovely boots, but not for my super narrow heels and skinny feet.
