I received these boots in October 2019 as a replacement for a defective pair of sandals (very pleased with the customer service!) However, after wearing them for work over the 19/20 winter period, I am less than impressed with the quality. The zip cover on the inside of the left boot started coming away in January and is now almost totally detached. The sole on the same boot has also started detaching right at the front. I appreciate that I technically didn't pay for these boots (although I kinda did, having paid for the defective sandals) but I think this will be my last pair of shoes from Rockport, as they don't seem to last too well.
