Very wrong sizing

Received these a replacement for different pair of Rockports, same size. In reality there is at least a size and a half difference between the two. I have numerous pairs of Rockports all of the newer pairs have huge discrepancies in their sizing and quality. Even between two pairs on the same style. Rockport, sadly has really gone down hill.
